Miesha Frempong, MD MPH is a member of the Ophthalmology faculty at New York Eye & Ear Infirmary Mount Sinai.  She is one of the principal surgical instructors of resident physicians at Mount Sinai and also serves as the Director of the Pediatric Ophthalmology Service at Elmhurst Hospital and is an Associate Program Director.  She is the Vice Chair for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Ophthalmology for the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary Mount Sinai Health System.

Kwabina is a Certified Public Accountant with more than forty years of experience in accounting and advisory services in the United States. Kwabina has served on the boards of several not-for profit organizations in New York, USA. He has been involved in several initiatives and programs over the last forty years that help to improve living conditions in underserved communities.

Dr. William Ofori Boah

Dr. Ofori Boah has been an instructor in pediatrics practice at Downstate Medical Center. He started a private pediatrics practice in Brooklyn in 1979 and continues in that capacity to the present. He has been a mentor to many young physicians in private practice in the USA in general and the New York area in particular and is a pioneer member of the Association of Ghanaian Physicians of North America

Loretta Boatey

Loretta Boatey is a dedicated Board Member at WAHF with a strong commitment to community empowerment and philanthropy. With over 8 years of experience supporting the Media Supply Chain and Engineering teams at HBO Warner Bros. Discovery, Loretta has played a pivotal role in navigating organizational changes, fostering agility, and ensuring her teams focus on strategic priorities.
 
In addition to her professional role, Loretta serves as the Board Chair for Warner Bros. Discovery’s DEI Business Resource Group, *Women of Warner Bros. Discovery*, where she leads efforts to create a diverse and inclusive workplace. Her passion for promoting equity and belonging is evident in the initiatives she spearheads, which empower employees from various backgrounds.
 
Loretta’s dedication to diversity extends beyond her work. She is a member of the *Future Leaders Board* for the WICT Network, an organization focused on empowering women leaders in media, entertainment, and technology, and she also serves on the Board of Directors for *Hopeline Pregnancy Centers* in Connecticut, which supports women and families in need of pregnancy services.
 
A strong advocate for giving back, Loretta is passionate about supporting communities both in the U.S. and Ghana. Prior to joining the board of WAHF, she successfully raised over $15,000 towards the establishment of an eye institute and continues to promote awareness and funding for the foundation’s mission.
