This year is a major milestone: we are celebrating the 25th Anniversary of the West African Health Foundation!
Last year’s event demonstrated your incredible commitment and generosity, and we are asking you to help us continue the momentum.
Why We Walk: In Ghana, over 330,000 people suffer from total blindness. We are walking to raise funds for people in need of life-changing eye care. Thanks to your support, the Eye Institute is almost 80% complete and will soon provide the gift of sight!
We’ll kick things off with a morning gathering before embarking on a beautiful walk across the Brooklyn Bridge.
And the best part? Everyone who joins will get free giveaways, exclusive swag, and a delicious Ghana Jollof Lunch waiting for you when we return!

- Check-In & Kickoff: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- The Walk: Across the Brooklyn Bridge & back!
- Wrap-Up & Lunch: 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM
